Lance I am lost for words - that model is in a league of its own. Everything about it shouts quality - and the very best quality at that. I am amazed how anyone can make a model look so realistic. The propellor is the cheery on the icing….. Very many congratulations.

Stephen.

Lance,
I'm sure positive (but need to double check without getting your hopes up!) that I have one of the Spads you require. A Spad VII no less.
If I do have said Spad in my stash you're more than welcome to it.

I will send word if I hit the stash-pot!

Von B   ;)

Thanks for the offer von Spadmeister, I'll await your findings with bated breath!
Cheers,
Lance

All boxed and ready to roll.
If you can see me for the P&P costs that would be grand! The kit comes without charge  ;)

Hello Lance,

What you have done with this kit is really amazing. I wonder where your modeling abilities could be still improved. Wonderful work my friend!

Kind regards
Patrick

Many Thanks, Patrick!
Bob, I`m very grateful, and of course I`ll cover the postage. PM on the way, I guess your account, should we ever meet in person, has several icey cold Pints on balance!
Thank You!
Cheers,
Lance

Lance , being a big fan of this aircraft type this is one of the best builds I have seen so far and hope that when I start my build I end up with the same results . I do have one question and not sure if it's me . Is the top wing warped ? I notice this in my kit but figured it was a one off thing .

Terri,
Mine wasn't warped but it does look a bit "off" in some of the photos, especially from the rear. I think it's because the rear of the "V" Struts were lowered a bit more then I should have to get  a fit of the upper wing. I'll try to get a few photos tomorrow to illustrate. When you build it be ready to trim those interplane struts a bit at the back end.
Cheers,
Lance

This for Terri, the leading edge looks pretty good, I think there's a trace of warp evident but nothing that really stands out. Any curve that is there was induced when I mounted the wing, out of the Kit Box it was "straight as an arrow".

Lance
