I royally screwed up my earlier attempt at airbrushing an instrument panel. As I added the thinner and paint to the paint cup I couldn't figure out why the paint started pouring out of every opening on the airbrush. Out the rear needle opening, the front tip, down the trigger and out the air fitting! Only later did I realize it didn't have the needle put it (DOH!)

After a couple of choice curse words, I went online and found a video on complete disassembly of the Grex Tritium TS airbrush. With much trepidation I followed the steps, put everything (but the O rings) in the ultrasonic cleaner and gave it a thorough cleaning inside and out. I then followed the videos instructions on reassembly. After all that I thinned my paint again and sprayed down a nice smooth coat of RLM 66.

No issues with taking the airbrush apart, putting it back together and having it all work as it should. Now maybe I just haven't had the pleasure of using a good airbrush before, but I sure like how this one not only performs, but is easy to fully disassemble, reassemble and rebound after such user abuse.
Thanks Grex!
