Here's mine finished in November. I was sure I'd added it to this pile but I guess not. I still want to pull it back on the bench and replace the prop hub and adjust the landing gear. Lovely Kit again from the folks at Wingnut Wings!

Another of WNW's products I'd love to tackle a second time! :)
Cheers,
Lance

Truly stunning, Lance!  You've got plenty of decals left to do a one gun ship.  Maybe one with an early tail for a little diversity?
Cheers,
Bud

She's a beauty Lance.  How was the chipping/wear on the cowling done?
Good news, my friend!  Wingnuts has a bunch of Tripes so build to your
heart's content. ;) ;D

Ernie,
The chipping was done using the "Hairspray" method. Cowlings were sprayed with Alclad Dull Aluminum, 2 shots of hairspray, and Tamiya SG Black with a touch of brown and grey added as the colour coat. As for that second Tripe, I'm trying to control the urge, my Stash is growing much faster then I can build my way out of this corner! ::) ( Bet I fail!! :-\)

Lance

Nice Tripes all!  Here's my Tripe, based on the Revel 1/72 kit with a bit of work done to it (scratched cockpit, re-skinned fuselage, new cowls, engine, modified tail plane, scratch built undercarriage etc...).

Cheers,

BC

Hello Brad,

What a nice tripe this is! A bit of work? I think you only used the wings and a bit the fuselage of the box. This is really magnificent. The interior is stunning. Were these kinds of seats used in the tripe? Many congratulations with a wonderful build.

Kind regards
Patrick

Beautiful Tripe, Brad.  Really hard to believe it is in the teeny scale.
The paint and weathering is exquisite.  Thanks for sharing your talents!

Cheers,
Ernie :)
