I've got her decaled and the top wing is on.  I'll have her rigged today (not much to do, there), then, hopefully, I'll have her finished tomorrow.

Cheers,
Bud

Bud,

Joined in late on this one, mate - sorry I missed this one.

Your N.11 is looking great so far - look forward to seeing the end result.

Best regards

Dave

Thank you very much, Andrew!

Just got the rigging done and now I'm about to get her on her legs.  More photos when that little task is accomplished.

Cheers,
Bud

Agreed. What paints did you use for the topside camo and the flying surfaces edging?

Thanks, Steve!  It'll get even uglier once the legs are on.  I had the great pleasure of watching Javier Arango's Le Rhone engined Camel in flight, then taxi in at Paso Robles this past October.  As the engine cooled, I was able to observe oil running down the legs and belly.  I had no idea these things made such a mess.  I've used that experience and the photos I took as inspiration for every rotary engined model I've built since.
Cheers,
Bud

Thanks, Rob.  I used Misterkit French colors:  FR05 Chestnut Brown, FR08 Medium Brown, FR11 Dark Green and FR12 Light Green.  For the edging I used Model Master Intermediate Blue.
Cheers,
Bud

Class paint work my friend.  You've been doing the wing edging great.

Thanks, Nigel!  The edging isn't as tight or as neat as I would've liked.  I used the kit supplied masks and they are way too small, therefore the edges are too large, but I'm not going to repaint it.  I'll have to learn to like it.  By the way, have you noticed my schemes are becoming more flamboyant?
Cheers,
Bud

She's on her legs and the prop is hung.  Now, to mount the gun, windscreen and aileron actuators.  Next post will be in Completed Models.

Cheers,
Bud
