Starting unit for german fighter - magneto and switcher
« on: May 05, 2015, 07:58:49 AM »
It was much more difficult, than I though...
The set is almost ready - will be casted in white resin, to allow on scribing any inscription. As You see, I didn't ménage with this. But I know it is possible, I need to use better scriber.

Ok, it's a set:

What should I name this set: starting unit for german fighter, magneto with switcher or maybe something else?

"Bosch Starting Magneto and Magneto Selector Switch for German Aircraft"

Thanks a lot - it's what I need. I cannot use name "Bosch" - copyright. I think, that "Starting Magneto and Magneto Selector Switch for German Aircraft" will be OK

Will be available within a week or sooner - I must prepare forms and cast.
As I said, a set is casted with a white resin to allow on scribing, all bolts are separate, but I'm not sure it was a good idea... bolts are 0.28 and 0.35. Advantage is, that You can paint it separately. In the case of any problem I can prepare also another set with bolts placed on magneto and selector.

All the best, Lukasz

I suggest:

3230a - high detail (separate fasteners)
3230b - simplified assembly (fasteners integrated)

And finally available in my shop:

As I told, casted in white resin, so you can paint it black and try to scratch inscriptions. Hope you will find it useful.

Now I'm going back to Bentley :)
