1/32 Roden Albatros D.I conversion to D.II (Mvr)
« on: January 16, 2015, 08:59:12 PM »
Hello again,
I started this project after Lanoe Hawker's DH.2. This one will be D.II 491/16 and display with DH.2

Currently i am working on different parts of the model. First one is the fuel tank. Here is so far;

The engine: Added WnW blocks and Taurus Models's resin parts.

See you soon next update!

Cheers
Rahmi

Excellent start, Rahmi!  That fuel tank looks awesome and the engine is coming along beautifully.

That is a great start! Was it difficult getting the strips lined up so the formers fit in the fuselage correctly? The engine is looking terrific!

Thank you all! @RAGIII, no it was easy. I used half of the fuselage for aling them together and fixed with strene strips.

Here are some progress photos. I will add more details after close the fuselage and fix some errors :)
