Hello,
yesterday, I put the stripes and fix them with future , and it make me good result in my opinion:

today investigation about the roundels...

in 1912 the first notification about the french roundels says it had to do 1 metre diameter.
here they are:

this is the plane I 'm doing, the n°27:

the rudder isn't painted in french colors, ant it has got big roudels (1,6m) in underwings, but what about upper wing?

Looking pictures I realize in the begining of the war 1914/1915, the parasols had not roudels un upper wing (it was much more important to be seen from the ground than from the sky)

her some exemples:

I think the early type L of Navarre had to be like that.

so roundels only in underwing , but wich color?

It's easy: we don't have any information about the early Morane saulnier blue colors (each productor used is own colors)

i take as reference this caudron autochrome:

I use  Misterkit color:

and this is what I did:

the wing is done , I have know to do the wind shield, quite a hard stuf...

Excellent results again! Your research is awesome, and as I said before you integrate the research perfectly into your build!

Great research = great results. (FWIW, I like the Misterkit versions for the red and blue of the roundels, etc. I only wish Eduard has used similar colors instead of that horrible purple that is on my kit decals.)  >:( >:( :( :(

Simply gorgeous, Xan!  The tapes and the roundels are magnificent!

I love the work you did, the roundels appear perfect, and the blue appears fully compatible to my unexperienced eyes...
I love the Mr.Kit colours they are very accurate and cover the whole spectrum of the WW1.

Have a nice week!
