Have a speedy recovery Des, I know what you must be feeling as I am suffering from a strained muscle in my back as well.

Thanks Warren, my back is about 98% now, I can sit at my model bench for longer than half hour at a time so that makes life a lot easier, another week will see it back to normal, it has been a long and painful haul.
