Today, i finnished cleaning the most of the components before priming. Some part's where a little brought up to life and realism.
All part's where lay down to a piece of A4 paper sheet with the proper numbers for recognition.

Some part's where a little enhanced regarding the look and realism. First thing to do was the square holes at the back of the fuselage, where the steering cables passed. For this, WNW provided some PE, but in my opinion, the PE is a little to thick, so i used for the upper square holes some paper tape. For the square holes at the side, i allready used the PE, so i let it be.

On the horizontal stabelizer, upper side are two tubes installed to guide the steering cables. WNW provide this as two solid (bloc's, pin's....) i don't really know how to call them. I cutted these two and replaced them by two brass tubes.

The Vickers gun in the kit is a nice part that is very usefull, still, some extra detail can make the difference.
The busy end of the barrell isn't really very realistic, so some 15 minutes of work was needed to give it another appearance.

The barrell was drilled out, and a little piece of brass tube was installed. Together with some PE, this Vickers became a more realistic kit-part.

I couldn't resist, so i dry-fitted the Vickers gun on the fuselage, this beast got his teeth, but still.....before it's usefull, there's a long way to go.

And finnaly, the landinggear, i glued it together and dry-fit it to the fuselage for a proper alligment.

That's all for now folk's.
