Hi Danny,

Just looked into your build and I saw an extremely nice engine, great woodpainting (beautiful instrument panel) and a very neat interior. Great build!

Kind regards
Patrick

Superb work on the fuselage frame rigging and control rigging Danny, the cockpit detailing is excellent and the painting is brilliant, great job so far.

Don't know how I missed a couple of updates but I must say your interior work is awesome! Lovely work on the bracing wires and details!

RAGIII, thank's mate for the nice reply. ;)

This weekend i had some time to work on my Harry Tate, so at the moment this is how he look's.

The engine is now completed with adding of the two exhausts.
Maybe some more work is needed regarding wheatering of the exhausts.

The pilot seat is glued into the cockpit, and the seatbelts are also installed. Seatbelts are HGW.
The fueltank is also glued in place.

Pilot seat and seatbelt's are wheatered with a wash, that explains the glossy shine.

Next step is painting the inside of the fuselage

The inside of the fuselage is painted with Tamiya XF-55 Deck Tan, and the woodwork was done with oils.

Time to dry-fit the cockpit into the fuselage, just for the photoshoot

That's all folk's.

Oh my, Danny! I found the interior detail absolutely mind boggling but it looks "plain" compared to the engine and exhaust, simply spectacular! I don't know how you could possibly improve on that exhaust; your work is outstanding to say the very least, and raises the bar significantly, this is inspiration at it's very best! 8)
Cheers,
Lance

Thank you guy's for the very nice comments ;)

Today was the day that all these beautifull details will never be seen again  .............because the two fuselage part's enclosed the cockpit and where glued together.

I previous did a dry-fit to be sure that the internal bracing wires where no problem to the assembly of the two fuselage halfs, and today all went well together without a problem.

The fit is very good.

The engine, was again dry-fitted to see iff everything is still glued the right way, and oh yes, no problem at all with the install of the engine.

The engine will be kept seperate from the fuselage until all is painted.

And some details into the cockpit that still will be visible.
