Hi Guy's,

the first section of the cockpit is almost complete. All parts are glued together.

Wiring, controle cables and wheatering still need to be added.

The front section was afterwards installed into the fuselage frames.

Togetheter with the front section i dry-fitted the engine, just for display purpose.

As with all your work I am really enjoying seeing your talent in action here Danny. Lovely work, your detail work on the instrument panel is superb, and the engine as well. Coming along just beautifully! 8)

I really like what you have done so-far, Danny! The
instrument panel is gorgeous.  This is going to be
a superb model by the looks of it up until now. :D

Cheers,
Ernie :)

Time to put some rigging stuff into the cockpit.

For this i use the fantastic rigging wire from Ushi.

First, i added some controle cabels into the cockpit.

Also i added the connection between the two throttle levers.
For this i used Albion Alloys 0.4 m/m copper tube.

And the cabels between the fuselage frames.

After some thinking i decided to add some cables on the engine frame. But all of this will not be seen once the fuselage is glued together and the engine cowl is closed. But hey, i now it's there, so i can sleep at night

Superb work, Danny.  Seeing your excellent job
of the interior, it's no wonder why we build these
gorgeous old aeroplanes.

Cheers,
Ernie :)
