Some of these workshops are amazing.

I do have a question for you all.  Looking at the pics of some of the rooms there are enough kits to fill a hobby shop.

My question is:  how could anyone find time to build the massive stash of kits some of you guys have?  It could take a lifetime.

Hi Robert,
Modellers tend to be collectors more so than builders. At a IPMS convention I went to back in 1987, it was stated that the average "modeller" had about 250 unbuilt kits. Not sure how they arrived at that number but I far exceed that for many reasons. Maybe that number has grown in the last few years?
Cheers,
Gary

I imposed upon myself embargo to the purchase of new models.  :P
But there are exceptions to make it convenient to break the embargo.  ;D
The first time it was the birth of granddaughter and now I have three of them.  ;D ;D ;D
It seems to me that probably will be the fourth,  ;D I'm waiting for the official statement.  ;D
Sometimes I am forced  ;D  to enlargement of the stock, eg. by the family when they want to buy me a birthday present.  ;D
Sometimes, unfortunately,  :-[ when I go into modeling shop to buy the paint, but I can not resist something that caught my eye.  ;)
I have another problem with the workshop.  :P
As I arranged a new workshop it seemed to me that I have a lot of space to modeling.  ;D
After some time, I have only a little space to make a Mercedes engine.  ;)

The second problem is too little space for ready-made models.

Kai, drawers, drawers and drawers! I am soooo jealous!

Adam, we would like a formal introduction to your aged, beautiful Labrador, an ideal modelling companion... I do love your display cabinet with such capacity... but overfull, as it should be!

Regards,

Marc

ManCave is nearly complete.
Just paint storage, media center, computer, plotter, coffee machine and more artwork on the walls...job done!
I may actually be able to contribute something to this forum...  ;D

Looks like you've got a great start on a proper modelling set up von Cave Builder. I do have to comment on the Panzer Volume in the foreground, was that a side work of the Pfalz Werkes? Hopefully we won't have to start referring to you as "von noisy smelly clanking rusting rattling Tank Builder!? ::)

Lance,
Confession time... I've been tickling a 1/35th Panther D over the last couple of weeks. It's been a nice distraction, but let's not kid ourselves, It's no Pfalz!
