thats what i was saying .the frame parts are molded on the side panels as well as included as a separate part. you have to remove the molded on detail to use the actual framing. or else it gets cramped and doesnt sit right.

OK, I apparently misunderstood you. In this case, I left panel framework intact, but didn't add the other loose pieces that represent the same thing.

Coming along beautifully, Kevin.  The prop looks great.

Thanks Bud, it means a lot coming from you. Ooh,… I have stripes! Far from perfect, but easy to touch-up.

The stripes look fantastic, Kevin.  This is going to be one very striking bus.

Of all the D.VII references I have, this machine is my clear favorite, and I've put off doing it for quite a while now. I'd have preferred to do this with the 1:32 WNW kit, however,...

It's my intention to have it 100% finished before the end of this month, as that will then leave me five weeks to finish a 1:32 Mig 21MF I'm also working on for our annual invitational.

Kevin - very nice looking model, the black and white stripes will be a striking contrast to the loz fabric.

Kevin,
This is looking VERY nice; it's the little extras you've included from the beginning that make it stand out..going to be a beauty when done!
Cheers,
Lance

G'day, Kevin.

I like the way you've done the prop.  Those stripes really catch the eye, too.  You're doing some great work.

Dal.

Fokker Boy,
Re- Check and Cross Check all of your Refs carefully, they are often contradictory. I've been caught more then once, I find a second look often clears up the quandry, and questions here are bound to provide the best of opinion and advise.
Cheers,
Lance
