Hi Rick,

my suggestion is to get what may be sold out sooner than later, which means the Pfalz and the SE.5a and one of the other two. It will be pity to miss the chance to get something that you may want to build later..... like I did with the LVG

If you already have a very good SE.5a kit in the shape of Encore's offering, does one really need WNW's version as well? It's not like there are loads of really colourful, exciting finishes available for it, so I'm not sure what you lose out on exactly if it becomes sold out at WNW?

3. Sopwith Snipe Late. ( Fits in with my 56 Squadron collection

Thanks Ed! I went back and forth between the SE, a couple of 2 seaters, and the DH2. finally decided that The Snipe would round out the 56 Squadron collection nicely as a transition into the biplanes of the 30s. ( Some of those resin kits in 1/32nd are on my future wish list).

Here is an update for this old thread. I chose wisely but had that nagging feeling I was doing something wrong. Well, some of you have seen my posts in Latest Acquisitions and may have noticed that I got a Pheon Salmson Sheet! Damn, that was pre ordered and was the reason I was thinking about the WNW kit! Oh well

Not to worry Amigo, the Salmson will be around (but don't wait too long)and I have bought plenty of Stuff in anticipation of the building the kit ( that is still in the stash yet to be used/built)
