Hi Guy's,

first i wanna say that i'm very pleased with the lot's of very nice comment's regarding this build. This gave me a lot's of courage. After all, this was my very first W.W.1 build ever.
Still theire need's to be some work done regarding the base plate (wich is drying at the moment after a primer coat), the pilot and the fuel cart who will stand besides the model. This is the reason why i'm not displaying the model in the finnished section of the forum, that will be preserved when the whole dio is done.

For now, here are some pic's of the finnished model

The comments are well deserved. I love the weathering and the aspect of printed fabric. It seems like you can smell oil, wood and fuel when watching the pics.

At the moment i'm busy with the base plate, fuel cart and pilot figure, so theire is still some work to do before i can call it completly done.
regarding the base plate, i have something special in mind for it, so have a little patience, you will soon discover what it is ;D ;D

Today i put some work into the base plate. For this i had something special in my mind, so i started to put some layers of primer and a layer of Tamiya XF-23 Light blue.





As i had lot's of Lozenge decals in my spare box of the Roland kit, i decided to give them a destignation, so......the base plate is a good place to use these Lozenge decals.





At the moment, all is drying after a treathment with Micro SOL.
