Seems not so many SPAD VII's get posted and less so the Blue Max kit.
The Blue Max and Special Hobby kits are very similar in layout so the only advantage I see is there is a little less clean up on the SH version but not by much. And both require much, MUCH attention to getting the wings correct.

A short run kit with all the challengers that go along with those but I enjoyed the challenge and am well pleased with the end result.











The Blue Max kits check all my boxes, I enjoy building these kinds of kits requiring a little more effort than just shake the box.

Beautiful VII Allan. Actually, all of the SPADs in the section are great. For some reason, I didn't see these before.
