Hispano Suiza engine
« on: November 22, 2013, 10:35:39 AM »
Not an aeroplane but the next best thing, an aero engine. I detailed my Hispano Suiza engine from Wingnuts for their SE.5a kit, the engine is quite a nice model on its own.

Very nice indeed Des and a great point of reference for those of us with an SE 5a tucked away for a rainy day.

Best wishes
Nigel

As you say Des, a model on it's own.  Gorgeous!

Cheers,
Ernie :)

What a beauty she is, Des!  Thanks for bringing her back out for us to drool over.

Hello Des,

Your detailed explanation and pictures were a very great help in building my engine for the SE5a. Thanks again!

Kind regards

Can't say it any better! I will use yours when I get to my Roden kit, or perhaps someday when I get a WNW SE!

DES, Thanks so much for sharing this build with us. I just received my SE 5a yesterday for this Christmas, just so I could try to replicate your Hisso engine build. Your quite the inspiration to us all.

Thanks,  RichO
