Hi Dan,

What can I add to that? Incredible build, terrific engine. And you are going also fast.

Kind regards
Patrick

Thanks guys!

To Mark, no skin anyway...

To Chris, I agree! Two years is for my buildings (vintage cars) a good average.

Today, spiderweb and a jig on the jig!

I forgot to show you the second jig on the fuselage frame, of course removable...

Thanks for looking!
Dan.

To Lindsay, a can! Not a beer one, but a can is a can:

Just what I was looking for, Dan. Thanks very much!

To Bo and RAGIII, don't worry, I understand... I'm an atypical modeler!

Well, today the fuselage frame is closed. Not complete of course but it's a step!

Engine bed is OK:

Main fuel tank and seat support too:

And for the fun, but dry fit:

Dan.

Looking brilliant Dan, always good to see the engine sitting in place even if it is only a dry fit.

Dan,
I don't know if I missed it, but are the kit pieces actual wood, or are they plastic?
Keep up the beautiful work. After seeing the price that these things go for on e-bay I think I'll just have to enjoy yours for the moment.  :o

Hello Dan. This is such an interesting build, thanks for sharing it with us. Adding the engine is really bringing things to life - metaphorically of course.

Best wishes
Nigel

Amazing work, Dan!  The fuselage frame is stunning.
I'm looking forward to more of this beautiful work.

Cheers,
Ernie :)

Thanks guys!

To Lindsay, in fact the Hasegawa kit is an multi-media, but all the fuselage frame is in wood.
However, it's really poor and wrong. On the first inspection, I was stunned! At this time, I don't used one piece of the box! Except wood rods...

Well, today, color and somme small pieces, forgot by Hasegawa

These:

And as usual...

I'm awestruck, Dan . . . what fine workmanship! I just joined the fine folks here, but I intend to study this build in great detail!
