Thank you again for your kind supporting words, gentlemen.
Actually it is only tonight that I started to believe I may indeed complete this build. Finally, the top wing and all the struts are mounted, except for 4 inclined ones between the fuselage and lower wing in the inner wing bays and two upper aileron actuators.
I have started with the top wing, then (on the next day) I have trimmed and attached six cabane struts. They had a serious task to do - the top wing was moved by about 1 mm to the side. I have added a block to my jig which moved the wing back to the correct position and then built the cabane. When the CA glue set the geometry was correct. Then the fun begin with trimming, trying, trimming, trying, etc. of the remaining 8 interplane struts. This was going fine until the very last one. I do not know if I was already tired, my hand was shaking, the eyesight getting blurred. I spend a good half an hour trying to check if the strut had correct length. When I succeeded with this part after numerous tries, then it took three attempts to attach it (all the previous ones went on smoothly, each on the first run!). But finally it was there. Then I found, that during the model handling with that last damned strut, one of the float-lower wing lines got loose - one more thing to repair.

But finally I got it all right! I am overjoyed, so please forgive me this longish complaining report.

And now for the rigging!
