Outstanding engine work, Guy!  I hope you'll leave most of her exposed after all the added detail.
Cheers,
Bud

Thanks all  ;)

Bud - I think I may on this one, I prefer the look of cowls on but seems silly to spend ages on it then cover it up - at least on the Alby you can just have the cowls sitting in position and remove them.. ;)

Thanks..

Just a quick one of the side instrument panel.. I have tried to decal some of the interior with wood grain, but tbh you can't see it.. The base colours are too dark.

Thanks Ernie  ;)

It's just these macro photos are a bit harsh!

When I blow the photo up, I can see the wood grain, Guy.  It looks fantastic.

Believe me, when that panel is installed, people will think it looks just right. Nice work. Are the switches PE from a set?

I have to agree with the others. The switch panel looks great, the wood grain in scale is right on!

Thanks again for the support!  ;)

Mike - yep, it's the Eduard photo etch set for a D.III - it's a really good set - prepainted instrument faces, and a wealth of bits and bobs which should come in useful during the build. It also has prepainted seatbelts, but I'll be using the HGW fabric set as it's the most realistic to my eye.
