1/32 Lloyd C.V scratch built
« on: August 14, 2013, 12:48:07 PM »
The A-H prop logo decals arrived yesterday, so the Lloyd is now complete.  The first photos on the shelf do not have the Jaray logos.

I still need to improve my photography, but I hope these shots at least show off the beautiful lines of this aircraft.

I enjoyed the challenge of this build, and am very pleased with the result.  There are lots more aircraft I would love to scratch build, but I am going to enjoy a few kits first!  Thanks for looking and all of your support!

Cheers,

Bob

Wonderful result, hardy congrats!

Regarding the photography -- the right lights help, and if you are using a digital camera that lets you manipulate white balance, learn how to use that control with a little experimentation. That will cure the yellow cast that you are getting.

Cheers,

--Bo

Bob, It is a beauty. The finish and attention to detail are outstanding. When does your exhibit in the Smithsonian open?

She's truly extraordinary in every way, Bob!  From the detail work, to the painting, absolutely brilliant.

You sure have a great model there.

Being a scratch build... just excels your skill. Congrats for that beauty.
