I've now seen two arrivals of the Summer Windsock here (the one with the Camel Special Features) and have not received my subscription copy yet, should I panic?! :o

Thank you. Lance I ordered direct for this order. I have also used their EBay store.
Btw Aviaology has just released a new book on Borden. They also have a volume on early Canadian aircraft but have not followed up with the next 2 volumes. I have one for me and one for my Father in Law coming. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Camp-Borden-Century-Service-softcover-profusely-illustrated-w-photos-/361643823485?hash=item5433a6d17d

I know it is the WWI aircraft models forum, but still.... I have a new Wingnut Wings DH-2 and today the Meng Renault FT-17 light tank arrived. It is sitting next to the Meng Whippet tank which came in last week.

With the Roden DIII kit ordered from Poland I called into Hannants today and bought the Datafile and the BrenGun etch in anticipation of the kit arriving. A somewhat prophetic move it transpired as the kit arrived in the mail a couple of hours later  :) Eight days from order to receipt at a very reasonable £31 inc postage - well pleased  :)

Next up will be to get some Aviattic decals for the wings - I'd like to try to emulate the 'dark varnished' panels as mentioned in the book but where it actually comes in the scheme of things build-wise is anyone's guess. Some Gaspatch guns won't go amiss either  ;)

Superb choice Tug, a long Build but it came out very well for me. I was most impressed with the BrenGun PE, fit the Kit very well and was a joy to work with being very soft brass. I'll look forward to following your progress on this one, enjoy! :)

Des - Lance, Took a sneak preview in the box today  :) Given it's cost I see this as another good value project even with aftermarket bits. I'm still beavering away on the boat but not for much longer  ;)

I built this kit when it was first released and found it to be pretty good.

Hey, Bertl, good to hear from you! And what a bargain...! Please let us participate with your experiances with the Albatros and the SE.5a: Someday I would like to do 2 post-war SE.5a's too: One skywriter (Hisso) and one USAS (Viper).
Good luck!
