Hi Bob,

great finish on a beautiful scheme. Most impressive shots on your superb engine and frame. I am looking forward for your next posts.

P.S.: Can you give me some details about your camera and the way you made those shots?

Cheers, Dirk

Hi Dirk,
The blue Pfalz is not my creation - sorry  :(

Hi Bob,

shame on me on beeing blended by that highjacked post.  ??? But I am looking forward on your interpretation of Boehnings machine. I plan my next build and I guess it will be the Pfalz IIIa with WNW's 8304/17 markings. So I will watch your build with interest.

Four years without built a model, Herr Oberleutnant?

I wish you much fun with the Pfalz. That thing is beautiful to build. ;)

Hi Bertl,
It's good to hear from you my old friend  ;) Yes, 4 long years without completing a model.

The Roden Tripe is on holiday - a very long holiday!  :-[

Cheers,

Hi Ernie,

I'm gonna bust a gut to get the old girl made, painted and strung up.
As this build will be mainly OOTB updates will be few and far between. No fancy stuff here!

Cheers,
Bob

Hi Bob
(if I may be so informal, given your new promotion)

Excellent choice of model my friend.  The Pfalz D.IIIa is a very beautiful bird and the WNW kit is a joy.  Lovely job with fitting the spoked wheels into the kit tyres.

There will be a very warm welcome for your finished Pfalz in the Gallery Page.  I'll be watching this build with great anticipation.

Cheers

G'day, Bob.

Haven't you finished yet?  After four years of abstinence I'd have thought this build would have been over in moments..... :D

I like the spoked wheels, mate.

James H, any chance of seeing some more shots of your build?  That blue doesn't look "borked" at all.

Dal.
