Hi Tom,
 I doubt it!  8).

The last completed model for me was way back in 2009!  ;D 4 long years without the smell of atomised acrylic paint  up my nostrils  :D :o

Cleaning, bagging parts and dry fitting at the mo. Strangely enjoyable for one who has not tickled plastic in a wee while.

Cheers,
Von Buckle

  Bob,
Glad you've decided to take on the WNW Pfalz my old friend. I remember the outstanding work you did with the Roden Pfalz way back when and no doubts this new Pfalz project will be even better. Best of luck to you in this new project. I'll certainly be watching for the first in progress postings with the greatest of interest.
Highest Regards,
Gregory Jouette

You did a superb job with the Roden Pfalz - cant wait to see what you do with this one!

Regards, Richard
I agree, Bob.  Hard to believe it's been that long.  That was one of my favorite builds at the time.
Cheers,
Bud

Wheel covers hacked out of original part, sanded with a variety of sanding sticks, diamond files and 3M frizzy stuff to leave two perfectly snug rubber (plastic  :P) tyres.

The rubber needs the rubber treatment  ;). They will be brushed with tamiya thin glue, lightly stippled and lightly sanded. PollyS white + the bare minimum of diluted pink will be used for the main colour. Pigments added for dirt and grime.

Oh... How good do those wheels look?!!!!! The level of detail must be seen to be believed - I love 'em! Cheers Steven! You Star *

The cleaning up of parts continue.

Thanks for the encouraging comments, Men!

Cheers,

Bob, the wheels are absolutely gorgeous!  Your work
on the tires worked to perfection.  I am looking forward to seeing
the finished result after the glue/paint/pigment treatment.
Oh and congratulations on your ...promotion? ;D

Cheers,
Ernie :)

Hi Bob,

great finish on a beautiful scheme. Most impressive shots on your superb engine and frame. I am looking forward for your next posts.

P.S.: Can you give me some details about your camera and the way you made those shots?

Cheers, Dirk
