Morane Saulnier Parasol L
« on: July 06, 2013, 11:44:20 AM »
Yes, another one finished and out of the drawer!

It's from AZ models and i had to get some work done to get it right, specially to the woden panels (being a shorter nose) and top wing (it had no central cut out in the trailing edge).

I did my job in the interior, but it's impossible for anyone to see whatever  :( ! That top wing  >:( !

Anyway this is my small (1/72) perspective of Lt. Roland Garros aircraft.

Thx for looking.

Well done. The rigging is particularly nice.

  Zabu,
Absolutely beautiful Morane Saulnier my friend. Look at the photos it's hard to believe it's in 1/72 scale, truly impressive project. The airfield diorama is the perfect setting for this gem.

Very well done Zabu, to do what you have done in 1:72 scale speaks volumes. The build is excellent and the rigging is truely amazing, and to top it off you have a diorama as well, congratulations on presenting us with a stunning display.

Very nice model Zabu. You have done a great
job, especially since it is in 1/72. The aerodrome
diorama is super!  I look forward to more of your models.
Thanks for sharing with us.

Best Regards,
Ernie

Nicely done Zabu! Like Des said, Hard to believe it is 1/72nd! I Like your airfield. I had something similar in 1/72nd about 40 years ago or maybe more  8)

What a beautiful little gem, Zabu, and brilliantly displayed.  Fantastic.

Amazing work in 1/72!!!  I can barely see that small anymore. ;)  Great job on a classic and interesting subject, and nicely displayed as well.  Excellent! :D

Absolutely brilliant job. I would like to build one of these - probably from scratch, but I could never reach your standard. The painting is absolutely top notch without a doubt. I also like the airfield background which is of the same very high standard as the model. Congratulations.

I know this kit. It does indeed require a lot of work to bring it to the Garros's L standard. You have done a very fine job on it. Congrats, Zabu!

Thanks for your kindness fellows.
I must say that i'm trully happy and honored to be among you buddies.

@IanB:
i'll post some photos of the diorama in the diorama section, but it's not quite finished yet!

@lone modeller:
making it from scratch it will be already over my standard  ;)

Cheers

This really turned out nice.  Outstanding work all around and the diorama makes a nice setting.
