Excellent.
I read that AZ kit is not the best but, you made it look great. :)

I always liked the Type  L.
In fact, I just put a bid on an Eduard  MS type L in 1/48. It will be my next build if I win it .

I`ve got one in my stash too, it looks a little bit crude but I guess all of early Eduard kits look this way, but I must say they are quite good. The only real problem are PE struts, spars etc. which can be solved pretty easy. I would be more than glad seeing you build one - it may actually the motivation I need to get my dirty hands on mine.
Best regards

I won the kit.
I read that someone glued the PE struts to some  sort of styrene  card to give them a bit of substance.
Perhaps I may replace them with something else entirely.

Anyway,  I'm used to   primitive kits and have yet  to experience WNW quality. :)

Joe, in my Hansa D.I I`ve just glued the strips of Plastruct (like Evergreen) or covered the parts I wanted to thicken with a number of layers of superglue and it works fine and doesn`t require a lot of time.
Congrats mate on winning it!
Yeah I know what you mean, I`m not spoiled with WNW kits yet, and frankly speaking I find it really rewarding to build these oldie goldies into decent looking models. Even though I find Taube my best model, the most rewarding one is still Smer`s Avro 504.
Best regards
