Yes Des, I understand and sadly agree. I'd sensed that there must be a lot of unbuilt Gothas around. I would add the dust and cleaning issue. A major part of my return to the hobby, is my willingness now to spend money on putting everything in a case. I couldn't stand going to all the effort of rigging in 1/32 especially and then seeing it slowly spoil.

But I love the Felixstowes, fantastic machines. I promise you WNW, put one out and I will buy AND build it.

I agree that a Felixstowe would be large BUT, I would buy one as well. I would find the space for it somehow.  ;)

Well, I admit, that having built two Felixstowes in 72nd scale I fell in love with the type. WNW Felixstowe would be a temptation hard to resist. But 29.15m/32 gives 91.1 cm span and my cabinet might hold 75cm at the most. For a moment there is no way I might display one at home. Probably I would build a box and store it under my bed ;D

Yah, that would be pretty massive at almost a 3' wingspan, but man it would be nice!
