Thanks so much for your kind support and encouragement, guys, and thank you for the well wishes on the house move.

I managed to squeeze in a bit more time on this project in between house projects (new drip system installation this afternoon).  Because of the design of each kit, what needs to be completed to close them up is different.  The engine needed to be installed in the Karaya kit before I could close her up, so here it is:

The engine for the Mirage kit can be installed after closing her up, so that one will wait.  Instead, I decided to add a wireless set to the Roland before closing her.  Apparently, not all Cl.IV's were so equipped, so one is with and one is without.

I've got the fuselage of the Karaya together, seams puttyed and sanded, and the Mirage will be together tonight.  We still have a little more time before escrow closes, so I'll try to avoid packing them up a bit longer and maybe get the wings prepped for lozenge.
Thanks for dropping by.
Cheers,
Bud

Thanks, Gregory!  I finally have both fuselages closed up.  I might just be able to get them primed before we move.
Cheers,
Bud

Outstanding work on the interior, CM.  It will be inspiring to see this one come together!

Been away in another (work) world for the last week, Bud, and missed your progress. How neat is this, a side by side comparative Build with lots of additions going on! The cockpit work looks great on both and particularly the wireless set on the Karaya Kit.
I'll be watching this Thread a little more closely..............
Cheers,
Lance

Outstanding Work Bud:

You can almost "smell" the oil and grease of the engine.  The wireless is a nice touch and nicely executed.
Looking forward to seeing them.

Good luck on the move, always a challenge.

Best
