Looking good Bud, the Wood & Wire faded lozenge is very good indeed, only trouble is, it is very delicate.

Cheers

Pete.

Lookin' good Bud. A set of masterpieces on the way to be sure.

You can have it good; You can have it fast; you can have it cheap. Pick any two, but all three are impossible.

Thanks, Pete!  Yes, it is very delicate, but it goes on so well, snuggles down so nicely and I've yet to have a problem with tearing and I've been slicing those rib tapes pretty thin.  I think what helps is that I use hot water with just a drop of detergent.
Cheers,
Bud

I haven't tried that before Bud.. Doesn't it weaken the glue?

Not if you don't let the decal soak too long.  I also only use just the smallest drop of detergent, not enough to eat the glue, but enough to keep the decal from sticking to itself.
Cheers,
Bud
