I agree with Nigel - this is shaping up very well indeed.

Hi Gary , no worries on chiming in late , just glad that you had a peak and thank you for the positive comments .

This build comes to an end , it is finished !

It was an enjoyable easy build . A few parts got a tab fiddly turning out not like how I envisioned it . I'm happy with the end results on how it all turned out . Only grip I have with the kit is how the lower wing attaches to the fuselage , a very hard seam to fill and sand like on their Pfalz D.III/a kits .
Over all the fit was really good and very little putty was used to fill . I do recommend pinning the tail skid and under carriage legs , broke the tail skid a few times until I finally pinned it . Also a 100% positive that this lesson will be repeated in the future ...the confidence is strong with in !

That is first class Alexis - a real eye-popper.

Reminds me of the Airfix Roland which was released in the 1960's and I built at the time - but there were no transfers available at the time to represent this machine. I just wished there had been!

Thanks Alan and Stephen .

It was rather a quick build but there really isn't a lot of parts to this kit . What also help was no fit issues which need to be corrected with tons of putty and sanding .

Your "Walfisch" looks fantastic.
The weathering, the aging, the paint job - great!
