Outstanding work Paul. I really like the fine rigging you have done. It seems much more to scale than the fine EZ line I use.
Thanks Tim, appreciate it.

I've always used the thinnest monfilament I can (this is 0.6mm) which means you don't get that annoying kink as the line enters the hole if it's not been drilled in line (In fact I usually drill at 90 degrees to the surface because it's a shorter hole and I'm less likely to break as many drill bits in the process)

Usually I use it straight off the reel which photographs really well but is difficult to see in natural light. So on this one I used a silver sharpie to colour it which looks okay IMO and I'll try it again (Not black though which I tried on the current DVII build and it is too harsh)
I followed along on your somewhat interrupted journey with this kit, it turned out looking excellent even after it tried to bite you several times. Even more impressive is that it is a Pegasus, not always the most straight forward of kits to build. The custom cabane trestle struts turned out great, as I've mentioned before I'm in awe of your brass work. Also appreciate the subtle details such as the white areas of the insignia that look to be over painted on the upper wing. And the personal marking on the spinner looks spot on. This was a fun project to see come together... multiple times!
Take care
Scott...

Yep it did turn into a bit of a battle Scott. I don't think the original kit is too bad, in truth, but I do like to 'add difficulty' as my mate likes to say

Nice spot on the overpainted cross areas; it's one of the bits of the model that I'm most pleased about which can be easy to overdo in the smaller scales IMO.
I'd quite like to do a pair of Albatross' on take off at some point, but plan to finish a few other projects first - thanks for your support with this one
Very nice.
That prop in 1/72 is excellent, for example.

Cheers Sandy

I struggle a bit doing cockpit detail which will never be seen, but do enjoy putting time into the bits that the viewer can enjoy without using a torch and mirror
