Thank you, Brad. Your absolutely correct remark triggered the decision to rebuild the interior. I decided to split it into twoand disassemble to be able to correct also the not inline longerons... Keep your fingers crossed.

The truss split into two. Reassembled, some more scraping in the front and finally it fits, with the engine and with the upper longerons aligned with fuselage rim.

Thank you for your approval. 😉
And in the meantime lots of fun with PE and scratch details for the cockpit and Mercedes engine.

Thanks, Warren and Nigel.
Today just two bits, but built from scratch - fuel and oil tanks.

How you boys work in 72nd is beyond my comprehension.
I'm glad you do, cos I get to watch and marvel.
Nicely done, Prze!

How did you create the spouts, filler caps for the fuel tank?

Short sections of plastic round profile or soldering wire glued into drilled holes. Caps from spare PE discs.

The seat. Kit part has thick walls, Part PE is surprisingly too narrow. So I decided to thin the walls of the kit part from the outside.
And some more bits added to the engine - flywheel and water pump with the pipe.
