Stunning build Paul. You have a wonderful finesse in this scale, I was going to try your bungee cords on my Hannover but I'm going to pass.
I need to master the art of your soldered brass struts. Is it in the build log?

This lovely build is seriously effecting my own build schedule...
Thanks,
Allan Buttrick

Thanks for that.  8)

Great to see that it's inspired you to dig out the BM kit. Give it a go you'll make a lovely job I'm sure. Yes the soldering is covered in the build log thread although I'm a bit crude with such things I manage to get something usable  ;)

Paul

ps - The bungee cords are easy enough and would be a doddle in 48th  ;D

No mention of soldering in the build log.
Maybe post something in the "Tips" section for us?

Excellent work Paul. I like the scheme you chose, near to the look of a production aircraft. It really highlights the clean design that Albatros produced.
Very well done lozenge and rigging!

All the best,
Tim

Cheers Prze. This is the best KP kit I've tried so far so well worth a dabble if you're so inclined  ;)

Hiya Tim.
Thanks for that  ;D (I wanted something 'near standard' because I fancied another wooden fuselage model and happened to have some Pheon lozenge decals that needed to be used)  :D

Cheers Gary. They certainly look good once done, but I found them tricky to use compared with 'normal' decals. Pleased with how it turned out overall though  ;D

Your talent, especially at this scale is pretty darn amazing. Great looking aircraft.

Thanks torbiorn - it's well worth a bash and as you say the wood/lozenge combo is a bit of a winner  :)

I can't find a smiling/blushing emoticon Richard, but really appreciate the comment  ;D
