Thanks everyone for all the enthusiasm!  We've put a lot of energy in this particular design.

These look stunning. May I ask what resolution/ type of resin printer are you using ?
Cheers

Hey there Andrew, these test batches were printed on Phrozen's Sonic Mini 8k and Revo 14k using Phrozen 8k resin, but we're also evaluating their Hyperfine resin.  The 1/72 rings are so fragile we're trying to reduce the brittleness while keeping all the details.

They certainly look fabulous, but this makes me wonder about the longevity. I understand it?s a new material, but if they are brittle now, how will they be in ten years?

Anyhow, do you take suggestions? If you have clear resin, maybe Holt landing lights would be a nice addition?

We do take suggestions and we can print in clear.  Do you have any detailed images or drawings of these that you can PM to me?  If so, we can tackle it!

Hi again gang,

For those interested, I'm proud to report that our Scarff rings are at last ready for release and will be available for purchase at www.aerorarities.com starting Friday (tomorrow).  This drop coincides with our first-ever winter sale, which offers 20% off our current in-stock inventory.  We also now have a fully functional pre-order option for upcoming accessories.  Our first batch comprises:

- French Eteve / Nieuport Gun Ring (our fully finished prototype print depicted online)
- British 14in R.G.F. Mk. IX Aerial Torpedo (rendering depicted online)
- Russian 460kg (1,000lb) Oranovsky High-Explosive Bomb (because every Ilya Muromets deserves one!)

All models available in 1/32, 1/48, and 1/72.  Thanks for looking!

PJ
