As many of you probably know, my old friend Leo Opdyke, who published WWI Aero magazine for many years built a 1:1 Scout in his basement. It'd make a fitting tribute to him, he went West earlier this year.
Woo hoo, Rick is on the prowl again. Looking forward to your progress on both. Popcorn at the ready....
Very nice to see you back on your usual double builds! I am keen on seeing you building both kits.Andreas
Happy to follow your double-build, Rick! I have both kits - in my stash…Richard
That'll make a grand pair when finished.(With my butterfly concentration I'd be scared to attempt two 32nd kits at once. In fact, truth be told, I'd hesitate about starting one, but I really do fancy the Bristol Scout and the Sopwith is a proper bargain . . . . )
Awesome! Will be fun to follow along
Enjoy the builds! Will be watching.Steve
I’m impressed by my strutter.it’s a large aircraft and some of the pulling is super, though the wings are basic. Decals are, sadly, usual Roden unusable.

I've not bought a new model for some time now, but both of these are very tempting and it'll be great to follow your builds./Fredrik
This look like it will be a fun set of builds. I'm looking forward to the progress!
