I am stunned to see so many progress in so little time Prezmo.

Very neat work on the tail with the reinforcements.

That’s really impressive how fast you are building this one. And how great it looks!

Thanks, gentlemen.

Some more work, though not so quick as over the weekend.
Replacements for flattish PE control horns made from scratch.
And the dry fit of lower wings. For a moment the holes in the wings for the steel wire are drilled tightly (1.2mm) and not accurately. I will redrill them later with a larger dia drillbit (1.3mm) to have a margin of movement to fit them to the planned cardboard rig in order to control the dihedral and sweepback angles. The photo is just a teaser  ;)

Today it was all about struts. Now all are fitted with wire inserts and all but last three polished to remove the printing traces.

More preparations.
Trolley and trestles bits cut from the trees awaiting cleaning. Upper wings bits cleaned and armed in wire sections for better strength. And yes, this beast will be HUGE.

It's good to see how thoroughly you prepare every part before building. I need to follow this example!

The fuselage looks really beautiful.

I am really curious how you‘ll stack up all those hundreds of struts on to the lower wing!

It will be a challenge. But the plan is to build the centre tower with the engine first. Then put the upper wing on, and add the outer interplane struts. When it sets well - add the inner interplane ones and rigging. The supports of cantilevers  at the end. Wish me luck  ;)

Some more fitting, including the cardboard rig. Also all the holes for rigging stations have been drilled. Time to start the paintjob.

Lower wings got their pattern of spars and ribs on the underside and then got finally glued to the hull using the rig.

Rigging stations under preparation. Today the eyelet counter reached 82.

This is looking so nice!  I’m curious to see how you will paint the wooden hull under the wing bracing.

Przemo, my wife is very angry at you. You make me spend money on my first airplane model without wheels.
Until now I actually passed all float planes or flying boats, but that one and like you build it start to change my mind …

Does it mean that your wife supports your building the land planes only?  ;)
Well, try to convince her that the flying boats are beautiful - especially those from Adria war theatre which had so fancy colour schemes, both Italian and A-H ones.
She may change her mind  ;D
