Hello Willi:

The engine is certainly a work of art as is the rest.  Looking forward to more.

Willi,

Looks excellent. I should still start working on the engine, just as you already did. The Taurus parts look familiar. I recieved them too last week. Your example will help me further. Nice work.

regards,
Ivo

Very nice modelling. The engine looks great (and familiar  ;)) and the propeller is just fabulous.

Thanks for all the nice comments .

I didn't get to much done . I got all of the pit parts painted . I did add the rigging with the PE turnbuckles . I also added the tubing to th hand pump and lines to the spark advance and throttle . The bullets on the ammo box had paper belts added.

Thanks, Willi

Excellent progress so far Willi, for your first prop it turned out beautiful. The engine is spectacular and adding all those Taurus accessories really enhances it. Everything else is also looking great, the wood decals worked out well.

his is what I got done this weekend . I just added the engine for the photo shoot. Decaled the fuselage so the cockpit is almost ready to be installed . Next up is the radiator .

More too come soon!

Willi,
Even more impressive then your last update. Magnificent results on the engine and the cockpit, both could be stand alone models on their own. Clean, crisp in detail, and most impressive! Really enjoying following your progress and will definitely find this thread valuable when I start mine.
Cheers,
Lance
