Dave,
That's not as bad as it could get, but it's very close! , and I thought I had bad luck!??
The work involved in finishing 10 Kits is considerable and then more. As Steve says, they happen in "threes" and now you're done...........so what's the next Build??
Cheers,
Lance

Stupid things like this do happen to us all I'm afraid. It is a great shock to see everything shattered that has taken so much time to realise into perfection. I once, when reaching over them for another model on my cupboard, pulled 10 railway wagons standing in front and coupled with my sweater 6 feet down to earth. There was also none intact anymore. They were all resin models almost finished.

I guess everybody has his own disaster stories.

The best thing might be to proceed with other projects. My main pleasure lies with the building itself and not so much with the finished result. Finding a good place for them is always a problem, with four growing up children around the house.
The finished result is mostly only appreciated by other modellers.

I see that you have already proceeded with your D.VII. I have some catching up to do  ;D

Thank you all again, gents.

Lance - Not sure actually.  I ordered the WNW SE5a at same time as the DVII.  However,  I also have a Roden 1/32 Fokker DVI and a few of their 1/72 kits.   The WNW Fok DVII is proving to be a tougher (for me personally) build than I anticipated.  I may therefore have a break from WWI planes and build a set of 1/3 scale Samurai swords kit I ordered just after Christmas.   I've also got to finish off an Encore 1/72 Pfalz 'Blue Max' which I have been working on and off over last few months.

Regards

Dave
As we say in fencing, what's the point?

Dave, it's not that bad that you have to commit Hara Kiri, just build another plane mate.

Cheers

Pete.
