Solution for 3D uncured resin
« on: April 02, 2022, 10:27:45 AM »
I recently received some 3D printed kits. After removing some dense scaffolding, I noticed a thin film of uncured resin on the surface of some parts. Since 3D resin cures with UV light, I placed the parts on a windowsill that receives full sunlight. The parts were fully cured and no longer sticky after two days.
If you reside in a very hot climate, it would be better to expose the parts to an ultra violet bulb.

I haven't gone the Resin kit route yet but this seems to be a Great Tip. Thanks for posting!
