Thanks, Zac and Alexis...the wings should go together pretty well.  The toughest thing may be that landing gear!  We'll see.

Stay tuned...Dan

Thanks, Rick!  Things (life) has gotten in the way, but I hope to get back at it soon.  Wings should go together pretty easily (I hope).

Got the wings skinned.  Next will be putting the lowers on and creating the top wing all with the correct dihedral.  Should be a dawdle.

 ;) ;D

Well...it's been 6000 years, but I'm back at this one.  Life just kept getting busier and busier and now I've got some free time!  Since last time, I got the bottom wing on, the dihedral created, all four ailerons completed and the top wing glued with the appropriate dihedral as well.  You can also see the little jigs that came in the kit to help get the correct stagger and plumb on the wings.  I backed them with balsa so they will be a bit stronger.  So the struts are next along with putting the top wing on!  Can't wait.

Thanks for looking...again.

Bravo Dan! I'm glad to see you at it again!

I have to admit my own effort is on hold due to mojo deficiency but seeing your progress will probably spur me on.

Sorry it's taking so long, Zac.  But I'm back on it now!  I got the cabanes, interplanes and the top wing on.  Went rather smoothly.  All is straight and strong.  Next will be the landing gear after a bit of rigging which is kind of peaceful to do.

More soon and thanks for looking,
Dan

No need to apologise - I'm the one who's staring at cut-out bits in shame! I'm really pleased you take the time to share progress here and on YouTube.

Thanks Alexis, Rick and Zac!

I got a lot of the rigging done and I also added my windshields.  I need to make some double flying wires and then do the control rigging but it's coming along smoothly!

More soon...Dan (and thanks for looking!)
