Gotha G.I, WnW 1/32
« on: December 21, 2021, 06:35:47 PM »
Hi all,
as my Pfalz D.XII is done, I started another WnW build. This one will be my first Grossfluzeug. I plan to test new turnbuckles, which will be released by my friend during next year spring. I like the size (approx 20% larger, than Gaspatch 48) and it's not as brittle as G. resin ones.
Marking D or E will be used. I started with cockpit. Wood was painted using oil paints over Gunze base (C44).

Your cockpit work looks really good.  I like how the wood grain came out.

That wood is fantastic.  Especially the contrast between the wear areas.  Very nice.

Thanks for all comments!

As there was a lot of sanding and surface tunning, I didn't post any update for some while.
