Hello all!

Today I am pleased to present my in box review of the recently released Kovozávody Prostějov (KP) 1/72 AVRO 504K and 504L!

The review of these two kits is here -

I am pleased to say that, in this humble reviewer's view, these kits represent the best 1/72 Avro 504 on the market today. Go check out the review!

Thank you for the comprehensive review Brad.
As you said, these are probably the best 504's in this scale.
Though there will probably be more versions - hopefully some war time aircraft - the kit parts suggest there will be no earlier models than the K and L.
I was hoping for the A, B, C, D, or E with the early type of cowling and some with the larger fin of the RNAS types.
Still, KP should be commended for their new versions of this classic aircraft.

Hello everyone - apologies for the long time between reviews; I am currently in the throes of packing up my house for an interstate move (the joys of military life), which has meant I have been distracted with other things (and will probably be so for the next month or two).

In any case, I am pleased to present today my in box review of the recently re-released Eduard 1/48 Fokker E.III:

See the review, here - https://forum.ww1aircraftmodels.com/index.php?topic=14625.0

This is an excellent kit of this iconic fighter, which played such an important part in Germany's early air war.

Thanks to Eduard for the review sample.

Cheers,

BC

Hi everyone,

Today it is my absolute pleasure to review a new product range from a new company, Aero Rarities, started by our own Paul Fisher (PJ Fisher) and his brother. This new company has started off by releasing a series of 8 different WW1 British bomb types in all 3 major scales.

I have no hesitation in saying that these products are absolutely outstanding.

Please make sure you have a look at the review; I also go into the full website and customer experience, and in doing so I hope to give you all a bit of a taste of the amazing work that has gone into this product line. The review is here -

https://forum.ww1aircraftmodels.com/index.php?topic=14635.0

Small companies like this make small margins and depend on our business to stay viable. Given the absolute quality on show here, I would strongly encourage you all to support Paul and his brother in this venture; it is clearly a venture filled with passion, and it shows!

Many thanks to Aero Rarities for the review samples.

Cheers,

BC

These look absolutely stunning. It's a pity that the one thing I don't need much of is bombs....... Hopefully there will be lots more to follow, the Scarff rings on the site look great.
