How beautiful it is. It is like watching the real thing be assembled.

Ah, yes, thanks Prze,

I’m not a fan of EZ line either. Just wondering how you’ve tensioned/ attached the line though? You don’t seem to have tubing for the line to loop through as per Bob’s Buckles?

It will be the Rodens Stearman. Not so many cables for sure but still some fun will be there.

I cut the polyimide tubing to very short sections, less than 1mm long. This is the idea, not to have them too much visible, unlike the brass tubes tend to be.

What a great model created by your perfect craftmanship (and the good WNW base)! Fantastic!

Your model turned out so well, congrats Prze on a absolutely inspirational build. Looking forward to seeing the finished pics with the newly carved prop.

Thanks Prze, can you tell me what size of polyamide tubing you use and where you source it? And what attachment points you use?

Thanks

Anchor points are Bob's Buckles eyelets. The tubing is of 0.0126in internal diameter. I am using quite a good storage I managed to purchase a couple of years ago, when it was available at Amazon. Now it is only available at some US sites with horrendous postage costs to Europe... Yet I am ocassionally checking the internet hoping to find it available again.

And I have temporarily attached the kit propeller

And could not resist the temptation to take the photo I have been dreaming of for a long time!

Congratulations on that dual photo Prze!  Great stuff.  Your work on 'Baroda' is stellar, and she is a real beauty.  Modeling of the highest order.  Very well done!

Best regards,

Bob

Omg wow.
The WNW Fe is on my build list for the end of this year.  If it’s half as good I’ll be happy!
I wish I could sub contract out the rigging though ;)

Hi
Just curious - you used Vallejo for exterior aluminium?
Thanks! Dc Lovely finishes and material effects all round  :)

Yes, all metalic colours are from Vallejo Metal Color series.
