Rick , when I first took an interest in this subject beginning to un cover info it appears that is much conflicting info and photo's seem to back up the national markings . The scale drawings and marking locations for the kit suggest British markings . So this is what I went with and what was available in the stash .
Weathering is completed other then the final stage with the wheels , once installed finishing off the mud and dirt . Main wash I stuck with what works best and for me and I love this stuff ...It's blond proof !!! With that said ..Flory's Grime wash . Oil staining is a mix of Tamiya smoke and future floor wax for the firewall / oil tank and engine . Underside oiling staining is Tamiya oil stain mixed with water and streaked on , blending with a q-tip . This can all get sealed and it's off to assembly and rigging .
