Having tonight off I fig it would be a good day getting some more airbrushing in on the main colours . For the grey I used Tamyia Neutral grey . For the booms the paint was thinned more then I normally do and was applied in layers . I used Tamiya Lac thinner in the yellow cap , it looks airbrushed ! .
for the rudder Tamiya's lacquer line of paint was used They thin better then acrylic meaning thinner coats . The back end of the fuselage the wooden frames need touch up . This was hard to mask , but this will be easy by hand .
Still a fair bit to go before the rigging the starts . Detail painting and decals need to be done , then weathering , clear coat , more weathering . With still having to make the rigging attachment points .
