Frank,
I have enjoyed this build from the start and the result is fantastic.

Thank you Kevin, also for your continued support in the build thread!

Fortunately I started to build these flying wire entanglements quite late, because when this kit was released, these great accessories from Small Stuff and Gaspatch were not available. But in retrospect it was hard to find the old kits - I found this triplane kit in Italy.

Cheers,
Frank

Following your build was truly a pleasure. I was more amazed with each update! This is a Masterful Build in all aspects! Brilliant work Frank!

+1 :)

One thing that catches my eye somehow is that the fuselage behind the cockpit on the Eduard model seems less rounded (flatter) than in the picture of the real one. Not meant as criticism, just something that I noticed (and would be hard to correct, although for you it seems noting is impossible!  8)

Thank you Jeroen!

That is a interesting question, so I cut a paper template from the section D-D (end of the cockpit cut out) of the Datafile drawing and hold it to the model - perfect match. So Eduard got it right according to the drawing. May be the drawing is wrong?
Could also be a optical effect, I can't reach the same camera position with my lens.

Cheers,
Frank

Could be an optical effect, too -the original has a pronounced reflection on the edge where the panel around the cockpit changes into fabric, which shows it's curve very well -perhaps too well?
It would be interesting to see how the Wingnuts model relates to a scaled-up drawing :) Or am I being obsessed now?  ;D ;D

Very nicely done.  I especially like the way you highlighted the wing ribbing, almost a translucent effect.  As mentioned too the color is a real eye catcher as well, like the shade of PC-12 you have.  Overall a very outstanding build.

Thank you Mark, Dwayne and Ed!

I used a lightning tent for the pictures but I do not like the reflection of the PC12 to the lower surfaces above. I really must try to take some outdoor shots.

Cheers,
Frank

Love the plane and new photos, Frank!  Very nice!

Why are you posting pictures of a real full size aeroplane here?

Thank you Jeroen, Gaz, Sandy and Guy!

Why are you posting pictures of a real full size aeroplane here?
Because this is one of my scaled down originals :D See my signature below.

Guy, I can only allow that with a valid type rating :P
