That looks awesome, Dan!  What size O-rings did you use for the wheels?  They are really neat. ;D

Best,

Bob

Hey Dan ,

Nice job on the wheels and the spinner ! Not much left to go now but double check your inter strut , port side is backwards  ;)

Thanks Bob and Terri.  I think my rudder is on the wrong side too!  (That's for Terri)  ::)  And Bob:  I ended up using size #12.  Seemed a perfect fit!

I made the two radiator hoses/lines coming from the wing and going into the fuselage and connecting to the front of the fictitious engine.  That one is from brass rod while the rear hose is from old ear bud wires.  I also added the fuel lines from the gravity tank on the left side.

Major things left are the turnbuckles and rigging.  Should be a doddle.  ;D

Cheers,
Dan

Very nice update, detailing looks more challenging on paper then for plastic models.
I've been visiting the Matt77 home page and it's really beautiful: thank you for advice.

Thanks so much, Giuseppe!  Actually, some of the fine details I can't roll well in paper are just like some scratch building I do on plastic models.  And the paper is actually very forgiving when it comes to punching holes in it to accept wires, rigging and pipes etc.  So it's actually probably easier than working with plastic.  You sure don't need any power drills and sanders!  ;D

Well I got the basic rigging done as usual with EZ-line.  I am going to try a new technique for turnbuckles and we'll see if I like it or not.  It will just hint at them but we'll see how the final product looks.  Really, it only needs a windshield, a plate on the tip of the spinner, seat belts and, I think, stiffeners on the stab.  Super, super close now...

Cheers,
Dan

That Pfalz is looking very nice Dan!  Makes me marvel at the ability to turn one dimensional paper into a detailed and beautiful 3-D model of an aircraft.  I'm eagerly anticipating each new video, too.  The learning never stops!  Thanks.  I'm looking forward to the imminent finale on this one.  What's next?

Best,

Bob

Thanks so much, Rick...coming from you guys that really means a lot.  Can't wait to figure out what I'll try next.  Maybe something RFC.  Very Teutonic on the piano right now... ;D ;)

Great result Dan!  I really enjoyed the video series as well.

RFC, huh?  Ya know, there's a paper kit of a BE.2e that would be no match for your skills. ;D  Just sayin'. ;)  Seriously, I will enjoy whatever you tackle in PC10 or 12.  Looking forward to it!

Best,

Bob

I've been bad, guys...look what I found!
This might be next...it's a different designer and has the over-built underpinnings I like and Matt77-like rendering.

Oh, sweet mother...

Hi Bob...

Me too.  My wife just got me the same designer's Albatros and that's amazing too.  This will be fun...
