« on: February 25, 2020, 03:29:25 AM »
Hi gents!
I'm looking for the 1/72 section of the decals sheet contained in this book:

The sheet is this:

As above, I'm looking only for the 1/72 section. I live in Italy, if you may help me send an email to [email protected]
Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone!
I want to say officially a big THANK YOU to Jorgo because this morning I received what I'm looking for.
He sent me for free, he paid P&P too. So, he deserves a public thank you, people and modellers like
him are not so usual to meet.
Now I have new "dresses" for my next Fokker razors!
Thank you!
Roberto

It's no mystery why so many of our members refer to this Forum as the friendliest and most helpful on the net. Nice work Jorgo, and thanks for furthering that reputation even more!
Cheers,
Lance

That's one of the few books from that particular series that I don't currently own, or I'd have given you mine. Glad to hear you got it squared away though.

Except that in the case of 00.4 the “dress” might be of the wrong colo(u)rs.  Refer to Polish Wings 25 (ISBN 978-83-65958-25-9) pages 61-62. A photo of the aircraft after capture by the Bolsheviks, clearly shows that the aft fuselage, fin, and rudder are painted in a pattern of colors that do not match the red of the Polish insignia, and suggests, instead, “hand-painted polygons . . .intended to imitate the “lozenge” pattern.”

Thank you Rob.
00.4 is most fascinating subject in the decal sheet, one of the reason of my request.
I have doubts about its livery with red/white "lozenge" and now you confiem this.
The book that you mentioned is on my wishlist.
Many thank you!

You’re most welcome, and I’m sorry to have bearer of bad news for the color scheme.  Polish Wings 25 is indeed  marvelous volume!
