The final steps of this build went surprisingly quickly and smoothly. The struts, the upper wing panels, rigging, attaching of guns, propellers and anemometer took mere two days. So my contribution to this GB is finished.

To you Des! I hope you see it from Up-There and that you take my meagre efforts as decent enough.

Well, one thing is certain - I totally lost my battle against the everpresent dust - the delicate make-up brush only slides it from one place to another. Blowing on the model does not help, either. I am very sorry for this.

Oh my Prez:  never mind the dust, just admire the modelling skill that has produced this masterpiece. A super build log and a wonderful finished model. Des would be very pleased to see that.

Stephen.

Well, well, well - real masterpiece! I am always charmed when AEG is being shown somewhere. Last one I do remember was Szczypka's one but in diff camo. I prefer this one

Another astounding build, Prezmol.

I suspect the dust is statically charged and so clings to the surface.  You might try blowing it off carefully using 'canned air' used for cleaning computers and electronic components.  I believe it has anti-static ingredients that kill the static charges.  Just a thought.

Thank you all for your overly kind welcome to this model.
And special thanks to Porsche911 for the hint on canned air. I was not aware it may contain some anti-electric ingredient. I may try it.
