Thank you, everyone.

What paint and wash did you use on the propeller hubs?  It looks so perfect.
The paint is the mix of Vallejo metallic acrylics - Dark Aluminium and Aluminium
And the wash is ordinary brown water-based school paint, sealed with acrylic clear gloss coat.
I am glad you like it - very simple and totally controllable - easy to remove if overdone :)

It truly is. I have seen a few of these beasts completed at some modeling competition tables. I was always spending some time to try to analyze the intricacy of the structure. Now I am repeating it on my own model. Great that WNW lead one step by step through the assembly process.  ;)
